PAYMENT

► 50% Payment Upfront► No holds or reservations without payment

REFUNDS

► Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis► If I have not started your commission, I will issue a full refund► If a client is repeatedly unsatisfied and requests excessive revisions (10+ MAJOR changes), I may issue a partial refund (10%) at my discretion

REVISIONS

► Changes are allowed during the sketch or lineart phase► During the coloring and finishing stage, only minor color-related changes are permitted► Major edits at this point are not allowed

EDITS and USAGE

► Do not heavily edit my work.
► Editing my art to be hateful, offensive, or inappropriate is strictly prohibited► No commercial use unless explicitly agreed upon► You may NOT use my art for NFTs, AI training, or AI-related purposes

AI CONTENT

► I do not accept AI-Generated references

CLIENT CONDUCT

► Rude, disrespectful, or harassing behavior will result in commission cancellation and blocking► Attempting to bypass a block (to harass) using alternate accounts will result in blacklisting

► I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason
